 CHAIRMAN GREEN called the Senate Health, Education and Social                 
 Services (HESS) Committee to order at 9:10 a.m. and introduced                
 HB 65  as the only order of business before the committee.                    
                                                                               
 SENATOR MILLER moved that CSSB 65(HES) am be moved out of committee           
 with individual recommendations.  Hearing no objection, it was so             
 ordered.
